- General dissatisfaction with the outcome after services have been rendered as per the agreed procedure.
- Issues arising from a lack of client cooperation (e.g., not following preparatory guidelines, not allowing full access to the property).
- Natural calamities or external factors beyond our control.

All refund requests must be made within 15 days of the service date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
